I was having difficulty seeing out of my right eye today, they got me in right away, we’re very friendly and professional, discovered the problem and I left feeling much better just knowing what the problem was. I will definitely be going back for all of my eye needs from here on. I’m very happy with my visit today.

Many businesses give their best, and are often worthy of 4 star ratings, very few ever deserve a perfect 5.Eye Clinic of Sandpoint is one of those rare great exceptions. From start to finish, not only complete and thorough professionalism and care but also with a true hometown care for the individual’s needs and concerns, patient and friendly with all my questions, thorough, knowledgeable and dedicated. Any optic needs you have, major or minor? These are the people to see, you will not go wrong!

I called in for an urgent appointment. Person at the desk was very courteous and helpful over the phone call. She scheduled me in to see Dr. Jason Petersen in a two hour window. Tech was very empathetic gathering my information and details on the injury of my eye. Dr. Petersen was prompt, cordial, and gentle with my very sore eye. He diagnosed the reason and explained the course of action. Jason talked with my insurance getting an urgent prior authorization for one specific eye drops that were not on the formulary to allow coverage for me. Scheduled close follow up appointment to keep ahead of potential issues that may come up.

I fully enjoyed my visit today . The girls were very thoughtful, very professional, and made me fell very relaxed . They explained everything before the test . No rushing either . I felt that I was in very good hands today and taken care of very good . My Dr. was also very professional and took the time to go over the tests . Explained everything that I asked .
